One of my best friends always talks about how she wishes she could have a really nice Coach purse. She’s had countless knock-offs, but never a real one, because she’s less prone to spoiling herself (unlike me).

Recently I received a 25% off coupon to Coach and called her hubby up and told him to meet me at the store on a Saturday morning. His initial sticker shock was cute, especially for a guy that throws down hundreds for a tv or gun without blinking.

“You just put your stuff in it! You can get a purse for $10 at Target!”

I gently reminded him of his large purchases, the long life span these bags have and the fact that his wonderful wife has always wanted one.These reminders made him feel a bit better/guilty and we picked out a wonderful bag for her.

This is going to be one of the best gifts she has ever gotten. I’m so excited for when she opens it, probably more than her hubby!
