My goal in the next two months is to purchase a home of my own. Rent at my apartment keeps getting higher and I figure I can afford the monthly payments of a home for the same price. On top of cost there are other things I am so excited to have in a condo or house that I don’t have now. It’s amazing what you take for granted until you don’t have it. I’ll keep you updated on the house search but for now, here’s what I can’t wait to have.

For example:

My own washer and dryer (SO sick of doing laundry at my parents)

A garage (I literally carry about 10 bags of groceries up 3 flights just to avoid having to walk downstairs to get all of them)

The ability to paint (I have about 50 paint samples in my kitchen right now!)
